“She’s back, we’ve got her, and we couldn’t be more pleased,” exclaimed DGA President Paris Barclay in today’s announcement that Jane Lynch is returning to host the DGA Awards 67th edition.

“Last year, Jane gave us a taste of her smart, stinging wit, and we loved it.  We want more and we’re thrilled she’s agreed to come back,” added Barclay. This year’s ceremony will take place on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.   An Emmy, SAG Award and Golden Globe winner, and a vet of such notable comedies as Talladega Nights and The 40-Year Old Virgin, Lynch has made her mark on Fox’s Glee for six seasons as the pungent gym instructor Sue Sylvester. Glee returns to Fox for its swan song season on Jan. 9 at 8 pm. Lynch also hosted the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards and can be seen regularly hosting NBC’s Hollywood Game Night, which was recently renewed for a third season and for which she won another Emmy as Outstanding Host.  Her 2011 autobiography Happy Accidents has topped national best seller lists.
