Add TV Land to the list of distributors getting out of business with Bill Cosby. The network said today that it will stop airing reruns of The Cosby Show. Also today, the network that first broadcast The Cosby Show, NBC announced it had plowed under its plans to develop a new Bill Cosby comedy. Both announcements came after Netflix announced last night it had shelved its Cosby stand-up special, slated for release next week, as another woman came forward accusing the comedian of sexual assault. As recently as Saturday, Netflix had told Deadline it would proceed with plans to release its Cosby special.

TV Land said the decision is effective immediately and includes scrubbing  The Cosby Show from the network’s Thanksgiving day comedy marathon. All references to the series also have been taken off TV Land’s website.
