Stalker, CBS’ newest, and creepiest, police procedural, debuts tonight with Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott playing detectives dedicated to stalking the stalkers out there. The show is executive produced by Kevin Williamson, the man behind the Scream franchise, The Vampire Diaries, The Following and much else. Deadline’s Dominic Patten reviews the results, and, well, it may be enough to make him scream, even if Q and McDermott look fabulous in their trench coats.

Are you looking forward to the show? With Williamson at the top (and writing the pilot and another episode so far) and McDermott in particular a sturdy and much-watched presence on TV for more than a decade now, the elements are there for at least some fans. Will this show be another hit? Let us know what you think.
