NBC said tonight that the showbiz legend will be making her first U.S. late-night talk show guest appearance in more than 50 years next week. Barbra Streisand will be the only guest on the September 15 edition of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to mark the release of her album Partners, which hits stores the following day. The booking marks something of a career coming full circle to Streisand. The singer-actress-producer-director has shunned the late-night TV talk show game since appearing with Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show in March 1963 to promote her debut album. She is one of just 16 people to have won an Oscar, Grammy, Emmy and Tony, though the Broadway award was honorary.
