KNBC-TV and KABC-TV scored the most wins, 8 and 7, respectively, at the 65th Los Angeles Area Emmy Awards held tonight at the TV Academy’s Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre. Univision’s KMEX-TV landed a major win, topping all English-language counterparts in the prestigious Daily Evening Newscast category. KNBC received an Emmy in the Daytime Newscast category for its 6 PM news, while KTLA was victorious in the Morning Newscast field for its 7 AM news program. Here’s the full list of winners:
