ABC finally unveiled its pretty-straightforward premiere-date plans for the 2013-2014 season, launching a handful of programs — newsmag 20/20, three Friday series, and Monday’s Dancing With The Stars — in advance of the September 23 Premiere Week. Here’s the schedule, with new shows in bold:
