Nymphomaniac’ Kicks Off Sexy Campaign
Scandinavian sales company TrustNordisk has unveiled the poster for Lars von Trier’s four-hour sex-o-rama Nymphomaniac. The film stars Charlotte Gainsbourg, Stellan Skarsgård, Shia LaBeouf, Jamie Bell, Christian Slater, Uma Thurman, Willem Dafoe, Connie Nielsen, Udo Kier, Jean-Marc Barr, Caroline Goodall, Saskia Reeves, Hugo Speer, Jesper Christensen, Jens Albinus and many others. Unveiling “one sexy piece of artwork at a time”, the ad campaign for the movie will run up to its release late this year. Von Trier is normally a Cannes Film Festival fixture but this movie wasn’t ready in time to make the Croisette. It sold like hot cakes in Berlin, including to Magnolia Pictures for the U.S.
