Adam Goldberg has been cast in ABC‘s multi-camera comedy pilot Divorce: A Love Story, from Sony TV and ABC Studios. Written by Mike Sikowitz & Daniel Lappin based on an Israeli format and directed by Pam Fryman, Divorce centers on Kenny (Jason Jones) and Robin (Andrea Anders), a recently divorced couple who were bad together but discover they’re even worse apart and can’t seem to stay out of each others’ lives. Goldberg, repped by UTA and Luber Roklin, plays Ike, Kenny’s neurotic, overly analytical best friend and co-worker. He recently starred on CBS’ NYC 22.
Homeland alum Diego Klattenhoff has joined NBC/Sony TV’s drama pilot The Blacklist. Written by Jon Bokenkamp, the project centers on Red (James Spader), the world’s most wanted criminal who mysteriously turns himself in and offers to give up everyone he has ever worked with. His only condition is he will only work with a newly minted FBI agent, Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone), with whom he seemingly has no connection. Klattenhoff, APA, Zero Gravity and Amanda Rosenthal, will play Donald Ressler, Field Agent In-Charge. He will next be seen in Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim and in After Earth for Sony.
Luis Antonio Ramos has been added to ABC’s drama pilot Lucky 7, about seven employees of a service station in Queens whose lives are changed in many unexpected ways when they win a lottery jackpot. Ramos, repped by Buchwald/Fortitude and de Paz Management and KPA Management, plays Antonio Clemente, the cheerful, charming gas station mechanic who had pulled out of the lottery pool to save money.
