Patrick Fugit (Almost Famous) has been cast as the lead in ABC‘s drama pilot Reckless. Written/exec produced by Chris Black and directed/exec produced by Martin Campbell, the thriller centers on David (Fugit), a resourceful problem solver who, when his wife Sarah (Eloise Mumford) is unjustly imprisoned during a political uprising overseas, resorts to entering a world of political intrigue, dangerous alliances and high emotional stakes in order to get her out. Fugit is with Gersh and Levin/Brown Management.

Justine Lupe (Harry’s Law) has been cast in Greg Garcia’s CBS comedy pilot Super Clyde, about Clyde (Rupert Grint), a meek, unassuming fast food worker who decides to become a super hero. Lupe, repped by Gersh and Authentic, plays Clyde’s older sister Faith.

Erik Jensen has joined CBS’ drama pilot Second Sight, a psychological thriller about Tanner (Jason Lee), the lead detective with the New Orleans Police Department who has an ocular disorder that causes him to have horrifying and visually stimulating anxiety dreams and hallucinations. Jensen plays a member of the team of detectives.

Amanda Setton has been cast in David E. Kelley’s CBS comedy pilot Crazy Ones, which stars Robin Williams as Simon, the brilliant head of an ad agency working alongside his daughter Sydney (Sarah Michelle Gellar), the agency’s creative director. Setton, repped by SDB Partners, Cornerstone and Joanie Burstein, will play the agency’s copy editor.

Luke Ganalon has boarded ABC’s untitled multi-camera comedy pilot co-created by and starring John Leguizamo. Written by Jeff Astrof, the project is based on Leguizamo’s life as a husband, father and fish out of water on the upper West Side of New York. Ganalon plays Toby.
