Steven Soderbergh Plots Movie About The Panama Papers

Sounds interesting. Is it based off a book, or is there any way to get more info about the film? When does it start shooting?
The Big Shoe = Secretary + Failure to Launch + Albert Brooks’s The Muse + Analyze This
And possibly a little bit of Kinky Boots thrown in.
wow, sounds cool! Good mix of humour and drama
I thought this thing had Joaquin Phoenix attached with Viggo Mortensen and Amy Adams circling at one point. Well it’s certainly gone down a few pegs now, hasn’t it?
This sounds like a fun movie to watch. When is it set to film and when will the movie be out? Are there more details about this movie?
A streaming pile of pretentiousness destined for the $1 bin
Sounds great. Not the biggest fan of Secretary but i love this cast!
Great. Another “Straight-to-DVD” or “Limited Release in 8 theaters” movie for Kristen. The one that no one will see. That’s where her career will be after Twilight.
LOL It’s true
That really made me laugh! You know nothing about Kristen Stewart and her philosophy why she’s an actress and makes movies she LOVES, she does not make them because of the money! No one knew Twilight was going to be that big,she never wanted this much fame (that doesn’t mean she takes it for granted)! And the “straight-to-DVD” movies and the ones which are shown in selected theaters are the ones where her talent really shows off! WATCH

WATCH the movies before you judge, I’m sure you only watch mainstream shit. Do your research right! I’m so glad there are people in this world who aren’t this shallow! And maybe you should watch one of her Indie movies, you could learn a lot!
Really? Kristen Stewart? Why?
because she is awesome ,Selma! You mad?
as a muse?! Idts lol
yes, as a muse, you idiot.
Yes, as a trampire, you idiot!
Another bomb for Jim Sturgess
How does he keep landing lead roles? This is actually a pretty good project…decent script, etc. and could work in the vein of Kinky Boots IF it had a strong male lead. I somewhat understand casting Banks and Stewart, as they have supporting roles, but I would have thought they would have gone with a strong male lead. As pointed out by an above poster, I think Joaquin Phoenix looked at this at one point.
ugh I know! Why why WHY does he pick this kind of films???????
It sounds fun and the cast looks very good so far.I dont think it’s based in a book.Maybe a real-life story from a tortured designer?
This movie has FLOP all over it.
that’s was awesome……really idon’t thnk u known that’s wounderfull
Will Kristen campaign for this one too? Will she show up at Oscar events again? Because girl thinks that every indie is awards contender and will be praised by critics.
Her showing up at Oscar events had nothing to do with what she “thinks”. She didn’t “think” she was going to be praise by critics in On the Road, she WAS. That’s why she was invited and/or pushed to go by IFC to the couple of events she did, she didn’t invite herself.
Obviously it didn’t go anywhere, same goes for hundreds of other actors who “campaigned” this season and didn’t get the noms they were hoping for. That is standard procedure. Do you have any idea how the industry works? Also, On the Road is the only role she has campaigned for, not “every indie” you nincompoop.
Gee, that’s your second post about Kristen that is just dripping with bitterness. I hear weird grudges on celebrities you have never met are really healthy. Keep it up!
Wrong, nobody campaign as hard as her last fall, lol she was a supporting actress with 10 min in the movie who showed up at every single screenings of the 67736829 the movie had. The film was a flopped at every festival it showed, and if her performance (No-lines, tits out, and simultaneous handjobs) was so praised by critics, she’d at least have gotten a critics choice nomination, which she didn’t.
You are so wrong on every level and you have the audacity to begin your post with “Wrong”? Unreal. Clearly this sick grudge of yours has caused you to loose all grasp on reality.
jim sturgess? Why does he still keep getting cast they tried to make him happen, but he’s not working. also this sounds like kinky boots.
Leading man with no box office potential or ability to carry a film. First time writer. Director who’s had amazing actors like Kidman and Spader to elevate his work in the past. One supporting female that the general public loathes, another that has a penchant for weak material when she’s not doing The Hunger Games.
I don’t like this film’s chances of ever being made.
This movie sounds really interesting, and that’s exactly what this industry needs new fresh ideas, cause lately movies are not all there with the same boring and typical script…
This is sarcasm right? It has to be, cause lmfao
This is sarcasm right? it has to be lmfao
Boring indie movie. That’s what Kristen is suited for right now.
Kristen Stewart, Elizabeth Banks…..I’ll take it!
this plot sounds weak, and per actors I’ve my reservations
I see the bitter Robert Pattinson fans have found their way on to yet another article mentioning Kristen. When Pattinson gets half the glowing reviews that Kristen has gotten throughout her career, and when he’s seriously being considered for a major award, then you can open your mouths and talk. But until then, keep your mouth shut and focus on your idol’s career. He has 5 movies lined up, give or take. That should give you enough material to talk about but yet again, here you are. So pathetic.
Hope this director styles this film for the general public even if it’s R rated. He doesn’t have much Box Office for any of his previous projects. This could be funny if the script is good.
Hope all goes well. the cast and script is great. everyone should have fun with it. that’s what Kristen needs new people to help her realize she is way better than Rob P.. Just keep going. Keep strong always Leah
