CAA UEFA Euro TV RightsCAA Eleven has been chosen by the UEFA Executive Committee to exclusively manage the broadcasting, sponsorship and licensing rights for the UEFA Euro 2016 soccer tournament as well as the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying competition and the European qualifying competition for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The move is a departure from Euro 2012, whose rights UEFA handled in-house, and brings UEFA’s national team competitions under one roof. CAA Eleven, based in Nyon, Switzerland, was formed in June by CAA’s division CAA Sports, which brought in commercial-rights experts Olivier Guiguet and Stéphane Schindler as CEO and COO, respectively. The rights included in the deal are expected to bring in some $1 billion in income for UEFA’s governing body. CAA Eleven’s mandate comes into effect immediately and covers the following competitions:

UEFA European Under-21 Championship

UEFA European Under-19 Championship

UEFA European Under-17 Championship
