Ah, the perils of breaking news. It took awhile for CNN and Fox News Channel to figure out exactly how the Supreme Court ruled today on President Obama‘s signature Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — aka Obamacare. CNN tweeted and sent out a breaking news alert that the law had been struck down, and CNN’s website and CNN and Fox News’ on-air coverage reflected that misunderstanding before figuring it out.
