Rothman Brecher Agency veteran Dennis Kim has been promoted to partner, joining founder Robb Rothman and Dan Brecher, who was upped to partner in 2003. As of June 1, the boutique lit agency will change its name to Rothman Brecher Kim. Kim joined Rothman Brecher in 1998 from UTA. As a Senior Literary Agent, he represents TV writers and directors, including Aaron Korsh,  creator/showrunner of USA Network’s Suits, Eric Garcia and Leo Chu, creators/executive producers of Nickelodeon’s Supah Ninjas, and Will Rokos, co-creator/executive producer of the BBC America upcoming drama series Copper. “Dennis has impeccable taste and is relentless when it comes to getting material produced and on the air,” Brecher said. “Three of his current on-air series were developed for networks other than where they ended up. That tenacity is a huge advantage for our clients and we expect Dennis to be instrumental in the future growth of our firm.” Added Rothman, “Dennis was making us way too much money so we HAD to make him a partner.”
