Can’t wait ! ! !
I can’t wait either to shake my head in dismay as to how bad this trailer is.
Seriously, this is as bad as trailers get in terms of being cliche, emotionless, and larded with a pretentious soundtrack.
Given how much money these movies earned, why couldn’t the studio come up with a better trailer? Where’s the energy and excitement? It’s just bad. I’m embarrassed for all involved.
Look, the film is going to make money. That’s great. But, why not at least spend a few dollars for a decent trailer? I’ve seen better promos for TV shows. Hell, I just a promo for the Young and the Restless that had more dramatic punch and storytelling kick than this dead fish of a trailer.
Holy crap that looks bad. I was hoping it was one of those fake movie trailers from the MTV Movie awards. Certainly has the elements of one.
These films look so cheap.
Best laugh I’ve had in days!
There is no striving for excellence in this franchise, not even striving for very good. To be fair, their audience has embraced mediocre so their audience deserves what it gets!
I think the words ‘Hot’ and ‘Twilight’ should not be allowed to merge in the same sentence.
‘Teeny’ and ‘Bopper’, and ‘Rubbish’ on the other hand…
After all, what’s hot about a vampire that is so far in the closet he’s in Narnia?
I mean, c’mon, a Vampire that glitters with diamonds when he’s in the sunshine?
Awful and embarrassing. Who’s watching this garbage?
In all fairness, I think it’s actually a great trailer. I doubt the same will be said for the movie though.
CAN’T WAIT!!! Looks great!
Good god, that looks terrible. And the music choice for that trailer was really awful. That type of music is used for showing epic battles, not for delivering wedding invitations.
LOl, so true. But in Twilight universe, delivering wedding invitations is the most epic thing ever. Didn`t you notice epic inner battle within Taylor Lautner when he got his? He had to rip his shirt in the heat of it.
It’s so shoddy I thought it was a spoof until nothing funny happened.
That scene of Edward breaking the headboard is almost as powerful as his orgasm must’ve been.
It’s either Arnold’s or Lil’ Wayne’s baby.
It is quite good actually. Bill Condon knows his stuff and the core audience and has all the right elements. Loved it.
All these people who try to “figure out Twilight”. Just accept it for what it is people. Mature, grown up individuals with a life will never be able to understand the young, immature, feable minds of teeangers and the adults who still try to be ones.
Deep down EVERYONE knows these movies suck. Even the people who make them and act in them. The story is flawed from the beginning and there is nothing but Stephanie Myer can do about that. So if you don’t like it just ignore it. Move on. It’s not worth the breath or time to trash because no matter what anyone says the core audience will do anything and everything to see these movies, over and over and over again. Only time and age will change their minds.
But you can all rest assured that 10, 15, or 20 years from now the Twilight movies and books will be foder for VH1’s “I love the 2000’s” and we will all sit back (including the now 13 year old girls who will be grown moms by then) and say “what were we/they thinking?”
This is the exact same music as the Ondine trailer.
Yeah, that music was all wrong. It’s just a fucking wedding, not The Lord of the Rings.
I can’t wait for this to come out…
Only because it brings us one step closer to the end of this POS franchise that is responsible for the mental destruction of an entire generation of young girls (as well as the loss of dignity and respect for those middle aged female fans).
I feel bad for the guys who will end up marrying those girls some day. They are going to be so screwed up.
Laughed all the way through the trailer. Amazingly ridiculous.
