Another day, and another young actress unknown to the general public gets cast in a big movie or flashy TV role and signed by a major agency or manager betting on tomorrow’s stars:

British-born model Hannah Ware landed a starring role opposite Kelsey Grammer in the Gus Van Sant-directed Starz series Boss. She already was cast in Cop Out and then Steve McQueen’s Shame opposite Michael Fassbinder. Now WME’s Megan Silverman and Danie Streisand are repping the twentysomething actress after what was a competitive signing with ICM and CAA. She continues to be managed by Brian Liebman and Cory Richman.

WME also just signed Odeya Rush, a 14-year-old actress currently starring in the Peter Hedges’ Disney film The Odd Life Of Timothy Greene.

Erica Dasher, the star of ABC Family’s newly picked up series Jane By Design, has signed with UTA in a competitive situation. The actress, who beat a dozen other young actresses auditioning for the role, previously co-starred on the WB series The Lake. She continues to be managed by Shepard E. Smith.

Meanwhile, Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines) has signed with Ray Moheet at Levity Entertainment for management. She continues to be represented by Steve Muller at Innovative Artists.
