Even though Sacha Baron Cohen won’t be managed by Jimmy Miller anymore, the actor and Miller will remain producing partners on a couple of remaining projects. Meanwhile, Miller’s having his troubles: Will Ferrell had the summer’s biggest bomb (Land Of The Lost), Judd Apatow is on hiatus after his Funny People, Jim Carrey’s career isn’t hot, and Jay Roach had success helming HBO’s Recount (which Miller didn’t produce) but hasn’t directed a theatrical film since 2004’s Meet The Fockers because a lot of projects fell through. Oh, they have stuff upcoming. But is Miller really managing his clients, or is he more interested in just collecting his producing fees?
